At Zenhat, we take pride in the quality and care that go into every hat we send out. But we also understand that sometimes things don’t go quite as planned. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it better.

How to Start a Return or Refund

If you need to return an item or request a refund, just send us an email at

Please include the following details so we can help quickly:

  • Your full name and order number
  • The item(s) you'd like to return
  • A short note about why you’re returning it (e.g., received the wrong item, arrived damaged)
  • Photos, if there’s a defect or issue

We’ll get back to you with instructions within 24 business hours.

What You Can Expect

  • Damaged or Defective Items: Let us know within 7 days of delivery if something’s wrong with your hat. Please include photos to help us understand the issue faster. Once confirmed, we’ll either: Send you a free replacement or issue a full refund
  • Wrong Item Received: If we sent the wrong hat by mistake, please email us within 7 days. We’ll take care of the return and make sure the correct item gets to you — on us. Refunds or exchanges will be processed once the item is returned.
  • Didn’t Receive Your Order? If your order hasn’t shown up and it’s past the estimated delivery window, let us know. We’ll contact the shipping carrier and sort it out. If the package is confirmed lost or undelivered, you can choose: A full refund or a free reshipment
  • Need to cancel? If you want to cancel an order, just email us within 24 hours of placing it — as long as it hasn’t been processed or shipped yet. If it’s eligible, we’ll process your refund in 5–7 business days. After 24 hours, we may not be able to stop it.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. If more than 7 days have passed, we won’t be able to offer a return or refund.

Refund Timing

Once we’ve approved your return and received the item in its original condition, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. The money will go back to your original payment method. (Please allow extra time depending on your bank or payment provider.)
